Privacy Policy
Blurt is built to be private. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
Stored only on your device
Everything you create and earn in Blurt — custom decks, game scores and stats, achievements, and settings — is stored only on your own device. It is never uploaded to us and never leaves your phone.
AI deck generation
When you ask Blurt to generate a deck for a topic you type, that topic text is sent over the internet to our deck-generation service and to our AI provider (Anthropic) for the sole purpose of creating a word list, which is returned to your device. The topic is not tied to your identity and is not stored by us after the deck is generated.
What we do NOT collect
- No name, email, phone number, or account.
- No contacts, photos, location, or microphone/camera access.
- No advertising identifiers, analytics, or usage tracking.
Third-party services
- Anthropic — processes the topic text you submit to generate AI decks.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
These services process only what is described above and are not permitted to use it for advertising.
Children
Blurt is family-friendly and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will always reflect the latest version.
